By accessing or using Konnectors ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Konnectors is a social networking platform that connects users for travel, hangouts, dating, and hosting experiences. The Service facilitates connections between users but does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the safety, accuracy, identity, intentions, suitability, legality, or reliability of any user, content, accommodation, trip, event, stream, message, review, or meeting arranged through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or if you are a registered sex offender.

Contact-sharing and spam: uploads are automatically scanned and images containing visible contact details are rejected. A first attempt results in a warning; repeated attempts may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination of your account. This rule exists to protect members from scams and off-platform fraud.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SAFETY OF USER CONTENT OR INTERACTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONNECTORS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND AGREE TO HOLD KONNECTORS HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. Konnectors does not conduct background checks on users and does not guarantee user identities. We are not a travel agency, accommodation provider, event organiser, insurer, transport provider, emergency service, medical provider, mental-health provider, or law-enforcement service. Any trip, hangout, date, hosting arrangement, stream, group activity, or in-person meeting is arranged at your own risk. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Konnectors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute and create technical derivatives of your content only as needed to operate, promote, protect and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared with other users, appears in backups, must be retained for legal/safety reasons, or is needed to investigate abuse, fraud, disputes or policy violations.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konnectors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform where you purchased them, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat-supported checkout, or Stripe web checkout.
Prices, features and billing periods may change, but material changes will be shown before they apply where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refunds are handled by the app store, payment processor, or us depending on where you purchased, and are only provided where required by law or expressly approved.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, payment method and cancellation settings. Loss of access, account suspension, or deletion may affect paid features but does not override the refund rules above unless required by law.
Konnectors is designed for social discovery, dating, travel and community connection, but you are responsible for controlling your own use of the Service. We are not responsible for excessive, compulsive, addictive, or unhealthy use of the app, notifications, messaging, live streams, swiping, matching, social feeds, or other features. If the Service negatively affects your sleep, work, studies, relationships, mental health, finances, or wellbeing, you should reduce use, disable notifications, take a break, delete your account, or seek professional support.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
"Service" means the Konnectors app, website and related features. "User Content" means photos, videos, streams, posts, stories, reviews, comments, messages, profile details and any other material you upload or share. "Subscription" means any recurring paid access plan. "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
